  • She develops and implements programs for women, children and athletes. She studied Clinical Dietetics at Harokopio University and Physical Education & Sports Science at the Kapodistrian University of Athens, specializing in Classical Sports.
  • Earned a doctorate at the Athens Medical School, specializing in the design of Health Promotion programs and childhood obesity.
  • Today, she is a nutritionist in charge at the Pediatric Endocrinology and Weight Control Clinic of MITERA Hospital.
  • She was a scientific associate at the “Agia Sophia” Children's Hospital where she organized the Nutrition Education programs at the Pediatric Obesity Clinic and the Adolescent Medicine Center.
  • Researcher at the University Research Institute of the Athens Medical School.

In this context, she designed other policies for the Ministry of Health on clinical nutrition in hospitals and school health.
  • Finally, he has served as a nutritionist for high-level athletes in professional basketball teams (Olympiakos, Ilysiakos, Panhellenic) as well as National teams (National Rhythmic Gymnastics Ensemble, National Cycling Team, National Handball Team).
  • She also worked as Project Manager in the planning of food and nutrition services at the Olympic and Paralympic Games “ATHENS 2004” and Nutrition Director at the Olympic Stadium, designing the athletes' nutritional support program as well as the official menu for the opening and closing ceremonies of the games.
