  • Stress and overall health measurements (biological markers, biological age,  anthropometric characteristics, assessment of lifestyle and stress)
  • Education and instructions for the 1st basic stress management technique

Day 2

9:00-12:30 Morning walk in the forest (10.000 steps optional..)

13:00-14:30   Pythagorean Lunch

16.30-19.30 : Seminar about stress, neurobiology,  stress measurement, healthy lifestyle.

  • Details for the program implementation. 
  • Healthy lifestyle guide with current scientific and Pythagorean principles.

Day 3

9:00-12:30   Visit in the Cave of Pythagoras

13:00-14:30   Pythagorean Lunch

16:30-19:30   2ND stress management technique

SEMINAR

Pythagoras and his philosophy Introduction, learning and analysis of “Pythagorean Self-Awareness Technique, for Stress Management, biological age reversion, Memory Improvement and Well-Being”. Instruction to practice the technique.

Day 4

16:30-19:30   SEMINAR OF “Pythagorean Self-Awareness” and memory improvement.

16:30-19:30  SEMINAR Cognitive Reconstruction. How “Pythagorean Self-Awareness” helps to change the way I think. Golden Verses as an assessment tool. Sleep and “Self-Awareness”.

Discussion on the application of the technique.

Education and instructions for the 3RD stress management technique

  • Class (Biological aging -longevity -research results of centenarians)

16:30-19:30    Neuroplasticity memory and cognitive function

  • Review of any difficulties in applying the technique.
